Dar Justo, the magic and silence of the Medina in Marrakesh

Dar Justo is a 15th century traditional guest house, reconstructed and tastefully decorated with a balance of tradition, originality and modernity by its owner, the artist Justo Almendros. It's located in a tranquil corner of the Mouassine quarter, a short walk to the famous Djemmaa el-Fna square, oral patrimony of humanity (UNESCO).

The riad has 1,000 square meters (11,000 square feet) distributed on three floors. Five patios that preserve the essence of Moroccan architecture organize the space, configuring environments with different personalities. On the first floor, in addition to several lounges, there is a small reflecting pool and a restaurant and bar; a total of 23 rooms combined with small sitting rooms that invite intimate chats and relaxation. On the top floor there is a large garden terrace covering over 700 square meters (753 square feet), a "chill-out" atmosphere with a view from its comfortable armchairs and sofas of the Koutoubia minaret, the High Atlas, the multi-colored roofs of the city and, by night, the astonishing stars of the African night. And, last but not least, our Spa with its hammam, as carefully decorated as the rest of the establishment. 

The distribution of the riad in several interconnected guest houses makes it possible to reserve, according to the number of guests, different combinations of zones that are completely separate from the other activities. There also exists the possibility of renting the entire riad, including its common spaces, for private parties, conventions or congresses.
